Congratulations! You’ve done a great thing.
Your email has been sent to each and every member of the Colorado Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee and your concerns will now be taken into serious consideration.
SB 41 will be heard in the Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee TOMORROW at 1:30. The committee meets in House Committee Room 107 on the lower level of the capitol (map: http://goo.gl/maps/RP6ty ). That will be the only opportunity for public comment since the Senate already passed the bill.
Once again, thank you for taking action!
Now how about sharing this page with others so they can submit letters of comment as well?

This is a very bad water bill working its way through the State House. It is SB 41. SB 41 permits hoarding water.
Our courts have repeatedly ruled that hoarding of water cannot be allowed, but SB 41 changes the law.
